Services
A short, named-person service. For professional services firms and enterprises.
The simplest way to add a specialist with the industry, domain and technology expertise an engagement actually needs. From boutique advisories to leading consultancies, from in-house teams at growing enterprises to multinationals. Embedded into a firm's engagement, or delivered direct to an enterprise team. One counterparty either way.
The offer
What you get. What stays inside the LLP.
A
What you get
- A named specialist
- With the industry, domain and technology expertise the engagement needs. The partner picks the person, examines the references, and works with them. We do not send CV stacks.
- Embedded delivery
- The specialist works inside your team, on your tools, on your timeline. Reporting line is yours.
- One vendor
- One MSA, one KYC cycle, one invoicing relationship, regardless of how many specialists you place over time.
- Engagement-shaped commercials
- Daily rate, no minimum commitment, no rate-card. Each engagement is contracted on terms that match its size and duration.
B
What we carry, so you don’t
- Insurance
- Professional indemnity and general liability, carried by the LLP.
- Freelancer paperwork
- We carry the contracting and compliance burden in each jurisdiction we operate in. Contracts, invoicing, the labour-leasing rules — none of it surfaces to you.
- Vetting
- Specialists reaching your team are examined by us before any name is put forward. References, prior engagements, day-rate alignment, working language.
- Sourcing operations
- The trusted network, the AI-assisted search layer, the candidate review. None of it surfaces to you. You see named people.
How sourcing works
Network-first. Then we widen the search. Candidates are reviewed by us.
Days, not weeks, is what we plan to. The pace is a system rather than the calendar of one principal making phone calls; it is not a promise made before we have seen the brief.
- INetwork-firstWe match against independent specialists we have worked with or had direct contact with before. For many engagements, the answer comes from here.
- IIWe widen the search with AIWhen the network does not contain an exact fit on industry, domain or technology, we use AI to search known career portals and surface candidates against the brief. The AI widens the search; it does not pick.
- IIIHuman reviewCandidates the AI surfaces are reviewed by us. References, prior engagements, insurances, working language, day-rate alignment. The shortlist is built by humans before any name reaches you.
C
Engagement shapes
- Single specialist, embedded
- The most common shape. One named specialist placed inside your team for the duration of the engagement. Typical when the buyer is a consultancy — at any size — placing a specialist into one of its own engagements.
- Two specialists, embedded
- Complementary specialisms placed in the same team. A typical shape on substantive engagements.
- HybridBase-led delivery
- For substantive outcomes you want us to own end-to-end. Typical when the buyer is the in-house team of a large enterprise rather than a consultancy. See the case studies.
D
What we don’t do
- Generic staffing
- We do not send CV stacks. If we do not have a credible named person for your gap, we say so.
- Brochure pricing
- No daily rate sits in a brochure. Every commercial is a conversation once a brief is on the table.
